Is My Business Subject to the FTC Safeguards Rule?

The following businesses are considered financial services providers under the FTC Safeguards Rule:

Real estate settlement service providers, including agents
Personal property and real-estate appraisers, unless you are conducting appraisals only on a one-time basis and building no client relationship
Mortgage brokers
Finders – companies or individuals that connect buyers and sellers for the purpose of completing any real estate transaction.

Banks, loan officers and insurers are covered under Section 505 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

Businesses are exempted if they store records for fewer than 5,000 individuals.

I think that this class was one of the most important classes an agent NEEDS to take, I would like to see more about cyber security and less time about personal safety although both are very important, maybe split it to two different classes.
